I woke up this morning and I had such a terrible hangover, and I have no idea what to do to make me better, I'm drinking water all day but still I'm like a plant, I can't do anything. Do you have some tricks or tips how to make me feel better? How are you feeling and what do you do when you have a hangover?
Thank you in the name of my liver :)

Anytime I've woken up from a night of partying with a hangover and drank water I felt like I was drunk again. So I drink Gatorade instead since it has electrolytes. Also, if you've heard of the saying "Hair of the Dog" do it! When i have a bad hangover, I'll have 1 glass of whatever I was drinking the night before and that helps me out and pretty much takes it all away.
I follow that up with lots of gatorade and some asprin :)

Drinking water really helps if you drink it between your drinks, it definitely makes me feel slightly better the next day!
After i am already drunk I don't want water either, I am one of those who puke if they drink water, like you :))
I am impressed with some of my friends that drink so much and never have problem with their stomach, they just don't remember anything the next day!

I'm just afraid to drink anything I've drank the night before because I would puke my guts out. Never tried Gatorade before, I guess it really helps a lot. And I don't take asprins and stuff like that, I just don't like pills. Thanks for your response! :)

if hot/warm shower works for you then it's fine

Hmmm I still haven't found the secret! Usually I get bad hangovers and I drink water, eat something dry and sleep again. Then, after I wake up I have my coffee which helps me a lot but I think this is not a tip, it's just working for me because I love coffee.
A proper meal is always good for me the next day. If you have any tips yourself, I would be interested to know!

Well usually what makes my hangovers easier is that just before I go to bed when I'm drunk I drink water until I'm so filled up that I'm on the verge of puking, so I don't wake up that dry in the morning. But I think that sleep and shower is the best thing to help :D

Its horrible when you have a hangover what i do is have some breakfast of fruit or toast with butter then go for a run and a refreshing shower so that normally does the trick for me.
