RSS feed URL not working. Need real help.

Ok, so here is the situation. I have this blog that was previously named something else. Now I changed the name of the blog and found out, that unfortunately my blog's RSS fees URL is no longer working. Everytime I click it, it tell me the blog has been removed. Any suggestions? Solutions?
