Let's assume that you have 2000 USD. You want to increase it by making some investments. What do you think about the best way to increase it?

Well, I will invest it in my offline business rather than online business. I will use that money to expand my small phone credit business. Maybe I will rent a small shop for this business. Or maybe I will use that money to build my own online store. $2000 is more than enough. I will make pre-order system, so I wouldn't need too much investment and minimize the risks..

I can see that you are in a phone credit business, and from the look of business I will suggest that you are in your young adulthood. And assuming that I am right, that is a brilliant idea for a young person like you! I wish I could get my hands on some business in my school but unfortunately I don't have the adequate resources. Now I got another idea of making money in school, all thanks to you!

As a matter of fact, your success has really inspired me to open my own business like yours in my place. It is really more inspiring hearing such success stories from everyday's people, rather than hearing those stories about overnight multi-billionaires that is only accounting 0.1 percent of the community. Perhaps I can follow your footstep and build my own phone credit empire. Keep up the good work, friend!

When I was starting this business, I also just with really limited resource.. Maybe I started with around $10. Then I tried to sell phone credit to my friends until I got some fix customers.. Then I also build some downline networks so I can earn some passive incomes..

@tkarabulut: You can use that to make a short-term loan. I don't know if it is the same in your place, but here that $2000 can be used as one of the securities in securing your loan. The loans then can be used to start up a business - assuming that our $2000 can secure about $10000 of short-term loans. If starting a business is not an option for you, you can always save that money in government trust fund (that is what they called it in my country). Let the compound interest works on that - and blam! You will eventually get some nice money in your hands. Although that sounds so ideal, it can be done in reality. Believe me, it is more than possible. Good luck in investing!

I'll invest it in a diversified portfolio. Look for different risk tolerance products. Spread it out in government securities, stocks, real estate and time deposits. It really depends on your risk appetite. If you can take the risk of the stock market then go ahead as the gains are quite rewarding. Try also to become an entrepreneur and start a business that you like. But don't forget your emergency fund by putting in special savings accounts and time deposits. The best way to accumulate money is spreading the wealth so that you minimize the risk of losing all your money at once.

I would rather use that money in offline business like lending money. You can double your in no time its just depends on how many % you will put it.

There can be different possibilities, online and offline. But, as you know, it is necessary to evaluate the risks associated with. Some people set up business websites, and promote businesses online, for eaxample selling some products. That can be a good business if you can have products which many people would like.

Private, short-term loans. You'll pay a bit for solicitors' contracts (once) and you'll have to choose carefully who you lend to but there are plenty of investors out there who could use $2k for a couple of months and will often pay 1%+ per month.

I wouldn't want to make investments. I'm not good at it and this is a sure way to loose my money. And 2000 are not enough to start a business. If I was younger, I would rather look for ways to perfect my education. At this point I have many urgent needs so maybe I would just spend these 2000 bucks :))
