Christmas too early

I work in retail and I hate the fact that christams is starting to be set in october.What is wrong with these people. Don't the coperate offices know the last thing people want to see at the end of october is christams cards next to the halloween candy. I think I have figured out their reasoning behind it though. If people see a certain store has their christams stuff out ahead of the others people will buy it.

I think there should be a law that Christmas decorations should not come out in the stores until November and Christmas carols and decorations should not ne used until December 1st. By the time Christmas comes most people are sick of it all. My tree will not go up until December 1 and then I can start wrapping presents and writing cards. Can you imagine how sales people in the stores must feel listening to Christmas Carols from October...
