It was shown on TV , that at Benguet (Philippnes) they have a yearly festival that involves games with money as prizes , by riding horses in different styles.
There’s the balloon bursting, wherein the ladies while riding their horses has balloons on the backs. They have to burst their opponents’ balloon, and have to avoid also having their balloons burst.
Then, there’s the backstroke racing, where the players will ride their horses with their back, facing the race track. Yet, the horses runs so fast, without their riders seeing the road . But some unfortunately fell along the course of racing.
I am so amazed that they can ride their horses so well. I envy them, because I haven’t even tried riding a horse, whenever we go to Baguio , where you can rent a horse to ride on. I am afraid of risky activities, that’s why.

Yes, we should ride a horse if given a chance, shane. But i think, i would like it that another rider should be with me. I fear that it might run, the moment i am up in the horse back. OMG!

Yes, it's so brave of them indeed. But with the horse already familiar with the race track, it's not much of a worry to the rider. He just have to hold on tight to the reigns, lest he falls like the others.
