What fun things does your company have for the employees?

Well let us all admit that more often than not, we find ourselves really bored or stressed from our daily work and there are these holidays that our companies would take as an opportunity for an event that we all can quite enjoy. Like there is the independence day, the valentines day... the halloween is the most famous where everyone gets to have a costume, and of course the christmas for christmas parties... :D What is your favorite fun day at work? Does your company have any of these events for their employees?

Hello there. since we are nearing the Christmas season, everybody is excited for the christmas party.however, our company is suffering from Department of Labor infraction and the company, which is a hospital, is blaming us employees for the penalty. as a result, there will be no sponsored Christmas party for the hospital employees.there is still no stopping us though.we will have our own Christmas party.

oh, that is quite sad to hear, especially about the company blaming the employees about the issues. I hope that issues stop and you and your co workers will get back on track and the company will be running smoothly. I'd say for your own party, well that sure is great that you still thought of doing that. parties need not be lavish anyway... just a couple of people to celebrate the day is also fun in its own way! =)

hello chiyosan.thank you for responding back. our hospital blamed us because they said the whistleblower came from the nurse's association. as a result, the company has to pay us around six hundred thousand pesos in total.they were very angry at us. we will still have our party and you are correct.it needs not to be lavish for us to enjoy the christmas season. we will have fun because that is really the spirit of christmas.

Every monday, wednesday, friday and saturday morning is a fun morning for us when i was working. Those are the days the we are gathered three hours in the office to share ideas, comments, suggestion and stories..That also gives us the time to throw jokes and have fun while talking to each other..We have coffee and breakfast in our boss house beside our office.. We dont have fun day rather,we have those hours to get together and share thoughts..

Hi chiyosan! We usually have a Christmas party every year. Over all it's a fun activity but when it comes to food, there's always an issue of hoarding (usually by the food committee themselves) and it's always annoying. Just like what happened this year. There was a great deal about it, it was a big issue. We just can't help but wonder why a person can be so greedy. Hindi ba sya makabili nun? was our common reaction. Anyway, aside from that, there's no other party that our office holds. Oh, we celebrate our regional director's birthday. There's always a lot of food and visitors but it's not fun because there's only eating and.. nothing.

Well actually we don't have it here in our company. The management doesn't think of the employees if they want to invite us in their gatherings like birthdays or party we can come but if not ---- shrug :(

oh that is not quite great of that company of yours.. they should at least think of some good things they can share with their employees! just a small christmas party, or a dinner for all.. wow why are they not thinking about that!

Our company offers free screening of latest block buster movie. Just simply register and it's on a first come first served basis. The good thing about it is that they block the entire cinema so the film will be exclusive for us employee.
