Homeless panhandeler??

You are walking down the street and you are heading to the store to purchase something for dinner. You have about $30 in ones, tens, fives and some change on you. You encounter on your trip a a homeless disheveled man about 30 years old, he is carrying a cardboard sign and scrawled on it is "I am hungry - please help". He looks directly at you. What do you do?

I will not give him money but I will ask him if he wants something to eat. In case he wants, I will go to the nearby store and buy something for him to eat. NO NO to giving money.

I think I would go buy him some nice meal, some sandwhiches and coffee, and hope that would help him, no-one should ever have to go hungry .

Yes you are correct no one should go hungry especially in the richest most powerful country in the world. What do you think we should do to prevent people from being hungry in our country? Do you have any thoughts on a solution?
