Am I the only one left in this world wanting to be successful?

I would like to be very successfull, to have like a nice family, loads of cash etc. And I would like to have a lot of money so I can make some differences, give jobs to some people, donate some money, but also to be powerful in my job..and recognized of course, not like ultra-famous person, but just so that some people know who I am.

hi kieth, I'm like you before, I'm surrounded with people who wants to push me down, i got widowed during the past years have 4 sons to take care of aging from 10 and below have debts to people, hospitals and doctors bills from my late husband, and was underestimated and ignored by some friends and relatives.I don't mind them, they can't put me down...I just put in mind that kids love me, my parents and they are my priority in life to move forward and be strong....Cut off with electricity and water that time, I'm not a crying type person neither asking help to any one, I did my best my very best to be good and earn a decent extra money by selling any kinds of goods, cosmetics and foods. mY INSPIRATION IS MY KIDS, SAYING TO MYSELF THAT IF WE DO GOOD, BE GOOD, WORK HARD, GOD IS WITH US. BE POSITIVE AND SOMEDAY WE WILL BE REWARDED BY GOD. it takes years when I received the reward, during the time of hardships I just accept it, the reality and live with that means..I just complain less but more in positive aspects... don't you know that God prepared us to be good in the future that's why he gives you such hardships and distress, just strive and move forward, be positive and accept all the trials with a big bang smile, God is preparing you to be the best person someday...just keep on shining my friend... you will achieve whats in your heart...

Some people wouldn't really like to see their fellow being successful. I had a personal experience with it and It just made me think that there are really people who are self fish in nature. Instead of being happy for someone's success, they will be the one to be mad.

I don't think that you are but at the same time, there is a lack of motivation due to the fact that people are basically being beaten down by constant failure. There are just many times where there are people who really don't feel the need to rise above a certain level and therefore it is rather going to be people not feeling the need to raise themselves to a higher height. In some ways, there may be a lack of motivation, perhaps some laziness. I think at this rate, I've taken a bit of a step back myself, but have not given up, I just feel like I need to carefully figure out how exactly to take a certain path to the top. I think that some people do fear success as well to an extent, as they feel that it is a lot further of a drop from the top than it is from the bottom of the gutter.

I personally want to be a successful business person too. I want to make my own business, whether it is online or I have to own a physical store. I want to do some import and export business within the states, or to the south America, or to Europe. It is my goal, and it is my dream too. I just want to know how to make my business known to the world. I just have limited budget.

Well everyone for themselves , but i think half the world want to be successful . Ok i'm not included , i dont want to be , i dont want the responsibility of success . I feel good with just simple things in life , i want to have money enough to provide for the family and thats it i dont want any more then that . But there are lots of people wanting to be successful and rich so no you are not the last :P

No your not the all of as but sometimes people are tired of trying speacialy they always fail, and sometimes we fail because dont know what the succes is.

I sometime feel like the way you feel. I always tried to be positive. I knew that we're not the only one who are motivated or aspired to be success. So keep on thinking positively and do the best that you could do to achieve what you want for yourself. Good Luck and Happy myLoting.

I think it depends on the type of success you want to have in your life. For getting success in particular type of field I have to make a plan and then I have to follow the path. I think I am also not satisfied with my current earnings and I am trying to expand my sources of earning. I have a day job and then I am trying to find some other ways. I know I will get what I want in life.

hello there.welcome to mylot my friend. success may be very subjective my friend. for me, being successful is individually determined. contentment is a huge participant to be successful. when i was in college studying nursing, i wanted to be successful by becoming a registered nurse.now that i am a registered nurse and a regular staff nurse in a hospital, i still can't say that i am successful because i still want to go abroad and earn more.

No, You're not! Because I wanted to be successful also. I know that one day I'll be successful. All I have to do is to believe in myself. I wanted to be successful because I wanted to prove something for myself and to others.

Many of us are not very successful as we would have liked to be, you are just not alone. Try not to mind what others say, focus on your goal and passion, work hard towards achieving those goals and finally those who laugh after your downfall will have nothing to cheer about. Keep trying.

hi kieth, I hate to burst your bubble, but no you are no you only person in this world wanting to be successful.. I have grandsons who's goals are to be successful and i hope I am around to witness it. But if you feeling the need to post that question appears that you are surrounding yourself with people who dosen't have your best interest at heart.. You need to surround yourself with more positive people. But Never give up on your goal.. good luck

Everyone wants to be successful..I myself want to be..but the question is "Do we really know the word successful?every people if you going to ask them what is being sucessful for you??most likely they have same answers.have a successful career,being one of the Big Boss in the company,has a sport car,Mansion House,can afford to buy everything that I like.I check on the meaning of successful and I get this meaning accomplishing what was proposed, so meaning everyday that we accomplished something it means that we succeed and we was able to finished it.Actually the meaning of success comes in different forms and definitions it depends on what your looking and searching for life.Try to ask yourself what you want in life and work for it.aim for a small first,if you able to achieve it then no doubt you get the big one.
