My husband says I do once in awhile. Not very often. But apparently I snored a little more often when I was pregnant! :) Can't explain that... Maybe I was just in a deep sleep.

I snore sometimes.
One treatment for snoring is to change sleeping positions. If you sleep on your back exclusively, your tongue may partially block your airway and cause a form of snoring. Try sleeping on your side or stomach for a few days to see if your snoring is reduced or eliminated

My husband swears up and down that I snore in my sleep. I don't believe him. I've never been one to snore unless I was sick. I keep telling him to record me . . .I won't believe him unless there's proof. He on the other hand snores so bad I sometimes have to sleep on the couch DOWNSTAIRS jsut so I don't have to listen to him!!! And He KNOWS he snores!!!

My girlfriend says that yes, I do. I should either try to sleep downward or find another girlfriend.
