I'm suffering for colds for more than a month now. I don't understand! Maybe this is more on allergic rhinitis. I never get well on low dose of antihistamines already. This colds brought headaches, teary eyes and runny nose. I don't like this. I'm taking steroids now. i hate going to the academy with a runny nose. I don't know now what is the treatment for this because it doesn't disappear by just a simple and a low dose drugs. I got immune already because I got colds how many times in a year then I will buy neozep, and antihistamines. It doesn't give any relief anymore. I don't know if steroid will give me relief and let this bothering colds disappear.

Might be time you consider seeing a Doctor when you get one that seems to just last and last and nothing will work for you. I know I hate when I get a cold that just will not disappear. Since I am diabetic it usually interferes in other ways of life as well. It can be quite annoying for sure. But hope you are getting back to normal soon.

I feel your pain, I have just had two colds back to back, the first one turned into brochitis in my chest which I had medicine for and got better after about 10 days. Just as I got better from the chest cold I caught a second cold, this one in my sinuses! I also have allergic rhinitis and it can get really bad if I forget to take my medicine for a couple of days. I hope you feel better and get to a doctor, if you have been sick for this long it would be a good idea. Good luck!

Colds and sickness are my worst enemies I know how you feel I am in the exact same position as you. I've been battling it for 2 years now getting well if I'm lucky. Then two weeks later I'm sick again. Here's some tips and info:
You may want to go for a blood test to check if you have a virus or vitamin deficencies. Your immune system may be low and sleep early. I will tell you this now going to the doctor's and being prescibed medicine can cure you. I did this many times and I got well but then sick two weeks later and repeated over and over again. I took antibiotics and panadol I never got fully cured. Medicine is just to help your body fight the cold/fever etc. Do not take it too often or else your body gets immune and you'll have to get stronger and different doses and even worse the sickness is stronger and immune to the medicine. Take vitamin C it can help with colds. Remember too much of each vitamin is bad like if you take in too much of some vitamin the body can't absorb another vitamin that well. For respirtory infections it's good to take antibiotics as it can lead to pneumonia. I would advise you to research for yourself as you know best what kind of syptoms you have. Do not jump to conclusions you have such and such cold/sickness as you could be wrong so it is best to visit the doctor to be sure as most of them know what they are doing.
