About JSS-Tripler - Money Cycler?

Recently I just red some discussions about JSS-Tripler. Well, simply said, it's kind of investment program. You invest your money, and then you may get some fix interests daily.. But there's one thing that confused me: many people here call JSS-Tripler as money cycler program. What exactly "money cycler" is? And also, they run a very similar system with HYIPs. So why don't it's called as HYIP instead? Is there any difference between "money cycler" and HYIP then? I just confused as some members here advise people to avoid HYIP and suggest them to join money cycler. As far as I see, they just share same system and same high risk.. Did I miss something then? Thank you!
