Do you have dove soap in your country? get the bar soap, put it on like a mask for a few hours or all night and wash it off, it will help clear your skin up and make it soft too!

@rbose621 - If the soap that you are using seems to be causing your face to become more oily then you should check to make sure that it does not have a mositerizure in it. If it does than that could cause the oily mess. Try to find a soap that doesnt do that, like Dial. Dove on the other hand has moisturizer in it and can cause more harm then good. You need to use something that will kind of dry you out.

^ Obviously there are a number of tips, tricks, and skin regimens that work for different people... if that wasn't the case then you wouldn't have a dozen different answers to your response.
I've fought with acne for years and I've tried most of the things that you've already been recommended. I think the only thing I haven't tried is Accutane. Most of the time, if it works AT ALL... it only works for a little while. And just simply washing my face with soap NEVER worked, and I hated whenever imbeciles born with beautiful low-maintaince skin would say, "Just wash your face!". Every case of acne is different, and there is no treatment that works for everyone. You just have to experiment by trial and error to find what helps to clear your skin.
The way I treat my acne these days is by using a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and taking good care of the rest of my body. (Eating right, exercising, and getting plenty of sleep... yes it does make a difference. It makes a difference whenever health is concerned.) That hasn't completely cleared my skin, but it's the longest lasting plan that's ever made a real difference.

Just realized I probably should tell you exactly what I mean by "hasn't completely cleared my skin" and what kind of acne I've struggled with in the past. When I was a teenager I had frequent pimples and nodules/cysts. I'm twenty now and I still get pimples and the occasional nodule/cyst. Right now my skin is clear, but I've had pimples within the last month.

It's hormons this means it comes from the inside.
Things you can do: stop eating meat and milk products (exception: chicken and yoghurt).
Clean your blood stream (inside): yoghurt - nettle tea and they also say a piece of very dark/black chocolate (the real one) will clean your blood.
Wash your face with: sulpher soap! 2-3 times when needed (great against acné and also other skin diseases).
Don't rub, scratch etc them.
For the rest you have to wait till you get older.
In very extremely case you can pay a visit to your doctor. Change of hormon balance (more female) can help very quickly.

This may sound really weird but my cousins have been doing it for years and I have even tried it myself.
Use toothpaste on them. Just the white kind. It will help them dry out and go away quicker.
Also I found out that the store brand Equate that they sell at walmart works extremely well. That is the face cleaner. Andif you want soemthing that costs a little more try Clearasil Ultra. I use the acne clearing scrub.
Also I use to go to my dermatologist for it and he gave me a perscription for a gel called Differin
