Repetitive gifts.

I think many of us have received candles and lotion (if we're female especially) as gifts, once in our lifetime, do you agree? What do you do with those gifts that are so meaningless and you know they just picked it up just to have something as a gift. I've had many unused lotion and smelly candles stocked up collecting dust many times. What are some of the infamous repetitive gifts you've received? What do you do with them?

I think that one of the most repetitive things that I get on birthdays and at Christmas has to be bath foam. I normally have a shower rather than a bath, and this means that most of the bath foam that I get remains unused for years. One bottle of it will last me for several months because I might only actually have the time to indulge in one bath per month. Another thing is socks, although I do tend to use those eventually, because that is something that you can at least use because everybody needs socks during the winter.

I don't recall receiving repetitive gifts in the past. My grandmother would put alot of her gifts away and give them to people the following years. I receive alot of jewelry from my granddaughter. wear it occasionally. Not necessarily repetitive but I don't get them that way.

hi lore!
i also have lot's of it!
I use all the stuffs I can use. like lotion, powder, sanitizer, ball pen, etc.
I also give them to others. by this you can save money from buying gifts. you just have to wrap it and viola! instant gift this Christmas without ever spending!
enjoy your gifts!
love,
charly
