with mylot, i can know about another country and another city

Members of myLot are diverse in countries. I have been friends with them for nearly two and half months. I like sharing pictures about my country and someone's countries as well. I have a friend told me that she had been to America, Europe and Asia as well. She acknowledged that she had been traveling since she was 19 years of age. I should be proud her travel experiences. She had spoken a lot about those countries she had ever visited. I never been anywhere abroad. I work to travel. I had been in Jakarta, Bali and now I have been living in Lombok. I always am happy where I was. Every place has its own charm and the memories during the stay was kinda hard to forget. I always wanted to come back and met my old friend. Thank You

That is true. Aside from the things you mentioned, we even get to know the latest news in different countries. We get to know them first here before seeing it on the news.

As regards to mylot ,it is convinient manner to communicate with ohter person as well as learn local culture from different country . even it is widely use to earn money .

Oh here you can learn many things. can see the pictures to read different opinions and make them comparable. I'm not traveled much and save my country. I can say that these things are very nice. and also I want to read many things to different cities and countries. nice day! I agree with you.

From the comments I read in this discussion, they all have the same opinion with you. There are many things we can know at MyLot. I am a new member, but already there are many things that I learned from MyLot.

Yes, I'm just like you. I don't have a chance to go abroad other than nearby countries like Malaysia. I have also learnt lots about other countries via mylot!

Thats the beauty of Mylot .. You sometimes wonder what a discussion is ??. that is about different cultures..BUt then if you are keen then you can know so many things happening here ...

Hi,me too, i have never go abroad either. But since my country is so large, i can visit different places in the range of my own country. Actually, since China is so large,and there are different cultures and people in different region, sometimes you can make out the words of people from other regions. Northerner and Southerner have so much differences in their eating habits, accents, customs, ways of thinking. I am happy to join mylot, because like you, i can communicate with people from different countries , which enrich my life and my knowledge.

you are right. mylot and other social sites make us open to outside world. I've made lots of friends from many such sites and I'm in touch with many of them. It feels so great to know people from all around the world in spite of never visiting or meeting them!!! We get to know many unique, strange, great things about other languages, cultures, traditions etc.

Mylot has opened a whole new world to me. Have met people on this net who I dont even know how they look. But we know a lot about their personal life through their discussions. I have learnt about the life style of people from different countries. Social networking sites do and sites like mylot do teach us a lot just sitting in front of the computer.

For me yes it is very good here in mylot I missed a lot in here.

I agree. With mylot we got some information about another city and country. Some mylotters started discussion about their country and city.

I have also never traveled. I know what you mean, MyLot is an awesome place to learn about other cultures and meet people from all over the world. It's nice to see and learn.

That's what is really awesome about mylot. We can learn so much about other countries, and other cultures. People are so different around the world.. different religions, different customs.. I love it.

hi adhyz82 I love that aspecto of my lot as I have learned much from you and others of your country and from other countries around the world. We can share problems and teach one other about ourown countries, we can respect each others cultures and customs too.And I can tell you things about my country the USA and you can share about your country with me.It makes the world seem much smaller and with my fingertips I can connect with mylotters in distant lands while I am physically unable to travel to those countries. I am elderly and crippled but my mind is keen and my fingers able to type so now I sit here talking to you adhyz who are in Indonesia and Me here in California. it is now 6:36 p.m, Tuesday evening NOv.28th here in Garden Grove California where I am.Yes you are right and its one of the best things I think about Mylot.Its now dark out but a bit chilly maybe about 65 degrees fahrenheit outside. not bad for late november.

I also came from Indonesia. I also had never been abroad. Through MyLot, I also know, the problems that occurred in another country. I also learned a variety of uniqueness of my friends on myLot. Different cultures, giving different solutions, to a problem. I so understand, how the east and the west, to solve the problem.

I also felt the same way as you. There are many new things. which i learned from Mylot. I also know a fried from another country. I also know, events that occurred in another country.

Hi adhyz: I must admit that I have this same feeling with Mylto. I really feel in contact with the whole world thanks to this social network. Thanks to Mylot I have known so many things happening around the world, the way different cultures see the world, their values, etc and it's just lovely and at the same time don't forget about how many friends we can meet here. Yes, i agree. Mylot is a good platform for us to know more about other countries, especially their culture and way of life. Besides, it's a good place to get more information from friends in that particular country where we planned to visit for holidays. Getting first hand updates from them is so convenient, compared to searching online. What's more, nothing beats recommendations from locals since they know their country best.

I am still a new member at MyLot. But, I've learned many things from MyLot. Although there are many things that I do not understand about MyLot, but I feel, I'll get a lot of things from MyLot.
