Actually there's an orchard a few miles from where I live that grows apples and oranges. My friends and I used to play at that orchard all the time. It always smelled so sweet. What was NOT fun was when my guy friends used me for target practice in throwing rotten fruits lol

Hi sreekutty. Speaking of fruits, gee, you're making me hungry. Obviously, I love fruits - mangoes, pineapple, papaya, orange, grapefruit, grapes, cherries, coconut, peanuts, apricot, peach. The list is endless. I've planted a dwarf coconut and I am planning to grow pineapples in my backyard. Enjoy your rose apples, my friend and have a great day.

I don't know much about it since today it seems that the fruits can be available all year long. And there are many kinds of fruits available in the market. But I think that the oranges and bananas grow in my province, especially the bananas.
I love China

We have a santol tree in our garden. It really is very productive and its fruit is really sweet and delicious. When the santol fruit season is up, our neighbors will usually go to us and try to pick some of the fruit in our tree. However, some passer by also try to pluck the fruits without permission from us! We always get a lot of the fruit and give some aways to santol lovers. Aside from the santol tree, we have a small coconut tree too. Is coconut considered a fruit? Before, we used to have an indian mango tree and a jackfruit and star apples. Sadly, we extended our house and those other trees must give way that's why we cut them out. Those trees where planted by my late grandfather when we were just starting to live in our home area. Who would have thought that those trees will really be a great source of our fruit needs. And yes, I almost forgot our guava tree. I remember me and my friends always eating guava!

we have coconut and jackfruit too. sorry for you about cutting trees. I know your feeling because we planted an Alphonso mango tree and covered the fruit for ripening and somebody stole it, how maddening it was and the first fruit too.

I could probably give you an answer if you were asking about grains or vegetables. There are tons around here since we're in the middle of harvest season. However, as far as fruits, there are apples, pears, and grapes. I know that much at least. I'm sure there are others, but I can't seem to come up with any at the moment.

Oh yes, there's plenty of wheat growing in our area. In fact, all this rain we've been getting has delayed the farmers in getting it in.

I suppose the most common fruits grown here (naturally grown I mean) in the UK, which would be ready for eating during summer and early autumn, are apples, tomatoes, pears, cherries, blackcurrants, plums, greengages, gooseberries, damsons, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and elderberries. I may have left a few out of the list by accident.

Here in my city i see banana, guava mostly, this year i saw oranges selling at 10 to 15 rupees per kilo, it was 60 to 80 rupees earlier, guess they come from northen states, we don't have orange gardens, i had one plant in our garden, that is demolished now, it gave fruit, but it was SOUR, may be due to weather..
Best of luck.
