I try to do everything to save environment but I feel my effort has minor effect to save environment. I should make others save environment. How could I manage it in my area?

I try to get every one I talk to,to help save land and water by only using cloth diapers and plastic pants on their children.
The main problem for the environment with disposables is caused mainly by the people that just throw the diapers out the windows of cars or just throw them under the car.
when it rains, these diapers do disintegrate and the mess with-in runs into the storm drains and into the rivers.
with washing cloth, the water and detergents are sent to the water treatment plants and recycled.
As a locksmith,I reward those that show they are earth friendly by showing me the plastic pants on the child,I give them a free key cut or discounts on my services.
Every little bit helps.

Save our environment is the must. We shall be happy and satisfied if we have already done our part to save the environment.
Although our personal effort to save the environment will not be so much effectiveness, but if everyone do the same as us, then overall the result will be very fruitful.
For me, I shall send whatever recyclable items to the recycle box or send them to the recycle buyers.
The money I collected from selling those item can be my another saving too. ha! ha!
