it is just hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle

it is not that easy to be on a diet with healthy foods only. although, i don't drink nor smoke, but that does not mean that i am already living a healthy lifestyle. i hardly do an exercise or hardly eat vegetables lately. i think i better get back to eating steamed vegetables and other ways of healthy cooking. although i have been drinking green tea, i don't think that is enough to make me enjoy a very good healthy body as always.

Yeah hotsummer, I agree that it's quite difficult to be on diet with sorely healthy food all the time. I do like to live a healthy life eating healthy and nutritious food only. It's sad that all the healthy food are not that delicious compared to those so-called unhealthy food, especially fast food and junk food as well as all sorts of yummy sweet desserts. We would be fad up eating those less oil and less salt steam food only. On account of this I would like to take some other non healthy food once in while to please my appetite I believe it's no harm to do so sometimes Have a nice day

Yeah I am guilty also. Sometimes I just wanted to eat those foods that I craved for specially oily food. But ot I am still trying to learn how discipline my self. So I am just so hoping starting today I will be able to eat more healthy

Lead a healthy lifestyle by doing physical exercise and proper diet. We can not possibly be healthy just by eating healthy foods only. On the other hand, one can not claim to have done a healthy lifestyle if the timing is just a little or almost no time at all to do some physical activity. A healthy lifestyle is a good balance of both.

That is true, no matter how much we try to stay health, we find ourselves engaging in those not so healthy food now and then. I think the best thing is making sure you just eat in moderation and incase you engage in too much eating then it is good to exercise.
