Do you guys think that this is true here? What can you say about this? I believe it's about the content and not the number of posts that matters. But if you just want to speed up the number next to your name then you can leave a one line or 1 sentence comment.

I do not believe that it is true that the more you post the more that you earn. I think that quality and content has something to do with earnings. Others have said that the more that you participate, the more you earn. Earnings must have some connection to number of posts but I think the content and quality are figured in. You could probably conduct your own personal experiment. For instance post 20 times with a lot of content such as 10 sentences or more. Then another day post 40 times with 3 or 4 sentences. And see what your earnings are. This is just one suggestion. I always find discussions like you have begun interesting because no mylotter really knows the answer but there are many opinions out there.

I notice that if your answer post is a realistic answer (i think about 2 or three sentences) it is evaluated about 0,5 cent. But if you post just once a day, it is often not counted. But after all I think is easier simply be active like in a normal forum, without making hard counts.

That's true. We want to enjoy this place meeting new friends and participating discussions. The money we get from our post is completely an additional.

I think both the numbers of the posts and the content matters. And of course, those one line or one sentence comment won't earn any money for us. Because the guidelines have made it very clear. So i think to earn more, we should not only increase the numbers of the posts and discussions, but also try to make high quality ones.

I agree with you it's about the content. But sometimes we are not just post many discussion as we want because of bad mood. For me I prefer to comments more than posting more discussion. It is easier to comment than to post a discussion.

Hello Jacruz25, NO.Quality is important with quantity one should not forget to write quality content while posting. Exaclty its not one is not paid just to write garbage one need to write some relevant thing and should be more descriptive.

You're right there. something relevant and informative. It's the content that really matters. I believe a one line post won't earn you much but if it's the number of posts you after then it's a different story

I don't think is the most you post, I think the quality post you make more earn you will have. Because I have had days that I post 60 times and my earning are like the same so is not about posting a lot is posting quality responses.

It sounds like what you said. However, I think the quality is much more important than the quantity. Although you post a lot, but if they are only short posts like one line posts. Then you can't expect you will earn more from Mylot. You shall write your posts in details and usually it will be regarded to be the quality one. And it can make you earn more. I love China

Yes, I think both quality and quantity. I am not good at writing quality and my writing skill also not so very good, but I write a lot of discussion and comment on the discussion from friend started. I saw my earning is increased with that way. I just keep on doing what I have done for the past two and I am happy with my earning.

I do believe that the more you post , the more you earn jacruz. But your posts should be of quality ones, related to what is being discussed. I believe i always make quality posts, because i earn for them all. Sometimes, at the end of the night, i would calculate the day's postings that i did and note it and after a day, it would register a bit higher earning than i expected when i compare it to my note. Thanks MYlot!

and you can compare it to a PIGGY BANK, the more you drop a coin (excess coin only) and you are not aware of the days that passed.... until you feel that your Piggy Bank's weight is the same as a Pig, then try to open it and keep on smiling because you are very sure that the contents inside is what determination and aim and discipline is what you earn...

Well, both theories (the content and number of posts give you more moolah) are correct, in my opinion. You can leave a small comment next to a discussion, and you would be able to get 1 cent. But, if you add something that's meaningful, then it would pretty much go 2 cents. So, if you go for a spamming run with meaningful stuff (then, it would not exactly be spamming), then I believe that you would get more money faster. You'd also have to take tasks into account. Some tasks can give you more money than how much a regular person would earn on a normal day. The variable of tasks would pretty much take the number of posts part out of commission, but on the other hand, it would be a 50/50 chance of getting your task accepted (but with a higher chance of success if you do your task flawlessly).

Yes that's true, I have been experimenting for quite sometimes since I started leaving a message here at myLot. The answers/discussions you put in here determine your earning. It's all about the quality of answers you share here that matters.

hi Jacruz if you make a zillion inane onword or one sentence post you will earn zilch. You have to produce quality posts to earn noney..The more you participate making responses that are quality, discussions that are quality and comments also that are quality you will earn more but its quality not quantity that pays you well. so the more quality posts you make the more you earn

It didn't say, the most numbers of post we will make. Quality matters most. Some mylotters even thought that posting discussion (lots of it) is the best way to earn- so, some posts topics and more topics without coming back to respond to every comments.

Just like it is difficult to define "quality" it is also difficult to define "quantity", although comparatively it is much easier to define "quantity" than "quality". What I mean is that some people say that you only get paid for the first interaction in a discussion (your initial response) or the first comment you make in the response box of another person. There is nothing that states that in the FAQs, and I have spent an entire day responding in only one or two discussions, but my earnings for that day were very good. This would indicate to me that all (or at least most) of my activity in the discussion earned something. However, I have absolutely no idea how many times I interacted in those discussions (I guess I could count them if I really was interested) nor do I know which ones earned, did not earn or earned more than others. Therefore, the number next to your user name really does not indicate the quantity of your activity. Having said that, I do believe that the more you participate the more you will earn, because it makes sense that the more active you are the more opportunity you have to earn.

to determine this is true the more the more. at least in my case. active today if I win tomorrow I have worth. and certainly it's not quantity but quality. I can tell you and will keep you profitable. success in the future. nice day!

There maybe another thing to think about, I suppose everyone is different but for me if I spent my time madly posting to any topic and putting in blurbs of little things here and there to make the number thing grow, without any reasoning as to why I am doing it, I mean besides to make the little numbers grow, I might end up in the funny farm... of course I guess I could end up going ding a ling, knock, knock nobody home, anyway but doing it the other way just might get me there quicker, so think I would rather try for more than one liners, oh shoot, this is just a 1 sentence comment!
