I'm really not good when it comes to gift giving ideas but i might help so here are some things that i can help since you have said that your friend is getting married and they are starting to have their own family I think it is much better to gave them gifts that is going to be used for their house but you can also gave them money so that it is gonna be them who can purchase the gift that they want.

Get him any book on how to cement their marriage relationship. Often we get into a marraige and forget that marriage requires constant fuelling to keep the fire on! I dont have authors off hand, but there great books out there!

So your best friend is getting married and you only give him a present on the wedding day? What about the partner? Well at least that is unique! I never heard of anyone who gave the kind of presents you just mentioned on a wedding day. Mostly bride and broom make a list with stuff they need/want or ask for money (to pay for or buy...) They don't have that? Would be smart since it's well known that presents are the biggest waste of money and most people do get what they absolutely don't like.

u can book ur friend a vacation and i know thats a bit costly so in that case make it a 2-3 friends combined gift.

I don't know about your budget for these but I suggest 2 thing: 1. Money. I know these are not unique but must be useful to your friend. It pointless to give something to your friend if they can't use it. 2. Honeymoon Package. This one is expensive gift. I'm not really good at giving gifts to people getting married, but i would suggest something they will need in their married life. Like appliances, kitchen utensils, furniture. It would be best to help them in a long term stuff than giving them something that will be gone in an instant.
