Hi Zelmarq,
how are you? There arev latest technology now that could whiten you teeth one of this is laser treatment but mind you its costly. Some conventional treatment are still using chemicals which your dentist will do such procedure couple of times.
There are other ways to prevent teeth discoloration such as avoiding coffee, soda, and the use of Flouride to whiten teeth( but too much of this could even lead to thinning of your tooth enamel)
I hope you try to visit your dentist as she is more qualified to give you tips on what else more to do.
I am also looking forward to have a good set of whiter teeth like you but now its too costly for me to visit dental aesthetician.

wow, thank you so much Zelmarq. you are so kind to rate my response as the best one.
Good to know that your dental expenses is free from the company here all dental cases are personal company won't answer the bills.

you are much welcome, you deserve it anyway.
Ha? why not....there are a number of differences when it comes to benifits in certain companies. I heard dental services are expensive outside the philippines.

Dong said something about an, "edible salt brush," I have no idea what that is, but for year now I have used baking soda with a touch of salt to brush my teeth and it seems to work..

No, baking soda is different from baking powder. Your country doesn't sell baking soda? That's strange, because it has always been available in America and even some toothpaste and laundry soap companies have taken to adding it to their products. But I prefer to make my own without the added chemicals..

i think there are really people who are blessed with white teeth, and some are just born with yellowish ones. mine is too, but its not the yellowish that looked like a stain from smoking. I think you just have to make sure you use a toothpaste with whitening. We are using colgate total and it is really good... You can also try the one suggested by brushing with rock salt, but you need not do that often. our teeth's enamel can be damaged too, and to add to that, the salt has quite an effect as well.

yellowish ones are good if its healthy.......
but its really not so nice to smile in front of the camera with yellowish teeth,
it ruins the smile.....
id try that one with salt. I have tried baking soda and hydrogen pyroxide but i think its strong.
thank you for sharing and have a nice day.

To whiten tour teeth, brush it with salt after your regular brushing with toothpaste. Also, you could sprinkle a little amount of baking soda on your toothpaste. :)

They say that baking soda will whiten your teeth. You can also buy whitening products, like toothpaste or trays to put in your mouth to whiten teeth too.

If we are talking about the home remedy solutions? then salt,or whitening toothpaste can be used. Always gargle or brush your teeth for cleansing and removing some stained particles left in your teeth. Try to avoid caffeine drinks such as coffee and tea and other dark sodas.
If we are talking about remedies that give instant solutions but of expensive type? is by bleaching techniques done in dental clinics. They will give that sessions for you and then you will get instant solution to your problem.

Hi Zelmarq!
I just use a whitening toothpaste 'though I think I don't have the urge to use that. I just want to. I love chocolates! I'm a coffee and tea drinker too... and I don't want my teeth to be stained by the content.
Prevention is better than cure as it goes *lol!
Happy day!

My mom is using baking soda. Whenever she brush her teeth using a toothpaste, she would always brush it as well with baking soda. She have asked me to do the same thing but I just can't because of its bad taste.
