I notice that cellphone has become part of our life and we almost can't live without it. I could not go without my cellphone, one day without it will feel like disasters and everything become screwed up. For example, I forgot to bring my cellphone and I decide to go back to my house and late come to work rather than having problem for a day ..How about you? Do you have similar situation?

well, you have good points.. sometimes I also do not want to get disturbed with many incoming calls, texting or even working mails while on vacation. This turn cellphones becomes number one enemies unless we traveling outside our countries or turn off our cellphones..However, sometimes we need to know if there is any emergency happened with our family members or close friends..

Even if there is no cell phone around me, they'll manage to get contact with me immediately. Via email, or via Facebook..

hehe i have probably left my phone just a few times over the course of year when i got out, because most of the time before leaving hom, my mom would ask me if i already got my phone with me so i would not be forgetting it really. during the times i did leave my phone at home, i would be finding several messages in it, and some missed calls related to work. :D

Hi omchesunche, my cellphone is one of the essential devices for me. Before I step out my doorway I always have to make sure that it's along with me I feel safe and relaxed as well as full of confidence if the cellphone is with me. It's not only as simple as an important communication device just to keep in touch with our loved ones and friends. It plays an important role when we need urgent help or assistance from the right persons when encountering any unexpected incident or... Conversely people we know can ask for help from us as well if the cellphone is with us I will do the same thing and return home without any hesitation and get my cellphone for sure, in case I find the cellphone is left behind. Happy posting

I recently posted a discussion saying that I do not like using the cell phone. But it is a necessity. Like today, i hadn't taken my phone to college as my exams are going on. Me and my friends were discussing music and I reached for my phone as I had the song being discussed in my phone. But it wasn't there. It is very important.

I "never leave home without it". It is essentially permanently with me. I do sometimes forget it, but I almost always go back to get it, unless I am running late. I have no organizer other than the cell phone. As a general question, does anyone still have a land line? I don't, but I was wondering if people are still using their "home" phone?

I feel the same like you. If I forget to bring my cellphone, I will feel terrible for a whole day. I feel like missing many important calls. And especially my cellphone is not only a tool for me. It also gives me entertainment when I feel bored. When I have some free time, I can surf the net or watch movies by my cellphone. I love China

I'm a mother with a little business at home. But I always have my cellphone in my pocket! :) I think I can't live without my cellphone too though my cellpnone is not that multifunctional. I don't use it as my planner. Rather, it'smain use is constant communication with friends and family. When I have to do grocery or something and if I left my cellphone at home, I am uneasy and irritated. I always say that only if my cemm phone is with me....
