What do you think happens when you die? (Imagine there is no heaven/hell)

Hello Erin, Well if you want to imagine how it would be if there was actually no supreem being then it wouod be as previousley discussed, nothing would happen, life force just ends like a light bulb burning out it just stops and the body being mostly water and carbon would return to its original form over time as everything we know is mostly water and carbon. I on the other hand believe in a higher power just can't believe that everything I know was some kind of a cosmic accident. So I believe that humans carry a life force that will go to a higher plain of existence or heaven if you will, I also believe in giving you and all others the right to choose what they believe as they wish, freedome of choice and cannot and will not hold your decisiopn to believe differently against you.

I bet you will find out the answer rather quickly if you spend few days and nights in the grave yard or cemetery. Mortuary is not a bad place for a starter.

Nothing happens, I suppose. Just like when you fall asleep with no dreams. That´s all. And if there is something else, surely we would forget about this life, so there is no continuity, just like the lack of memories when we were inside the womb. Welcome to mylot. Keep on coming.

I can not imagine the scenario that you described. Sorry, but as one said previously if there is no heaven or hell, then we decompose back to dirt. Now what do I truly think happens? Heaven or Hell.

Our physical body separated from our soul. The physical body remained and turn into ashes while our soul remain the same, I don't the exact place where I'm going but I do believe were going to a place very interesting, very opposite from Earth.I couldn't imagine it because I can't live without God by my side.

i think something a power of god is must be uplift to every man. i totally believe to God's existence.and it completely depend to human activities that what is his actual place? Heaven or Hell.

That's something I would want. When I die at least I would really die and would not have to be reincarnated only to live in another life after currently struggling with what I have now. I wondered before what if the cycle of "life force" works like that where you disappear afterwards. Sadly, my religion tells of having your "life force" judged between receiving eternal life (going to heaven) or dying (having yourself bar-b-qued by devils) so I'm confused with that part of my self belief. I think we will be sent to a purification place...where we will be questioned by a judge... and we will have to justity our actions which we did while we were alive
