Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X Movie on 2012

I think the release date will be on August of 2012 and they already released a picture of Sato Takeru as Kenshin Himura! I'm still not sure as to what the plot maybe since the whole staff kept "mum" about the project. I don't know if it'll be the Shishio scene or the First season when Kaoru and Kenshin meet or Enishi but heck, there's a live movie and that's there is to it!!!
I'm major excited over this project since I'm a huge Rurouni Kenshin and Sato Takeru fan! Something to look forward to on 2012!

I'm also looking forward to this. But I'm not really excited with Sato Takeru acting as Kenshin. I can't see their similarities as well as the actress who will play Kaoru. I forgot her name but I'm also not enthusiastic with her.
Still, I'm excited to watch this movie because I'm also an RK fan!!! I love that anime as well as the songs and everything! I have watched many of the movies and OAVs but I'm not sure if I have finished the series.

I really can't remember who will play as Kaoru but I'm all go for Sato Takeru :P I just wish the live movie adaptation will do the anime good justice! I hope during the premier, Nobuhiro Watsuki would be there to watch it. That anime ranks among the best for me!

I've always been a huge fan of Rurouni Kenshin! I always refer to this anime as one of the bast anime EVER!
Sato Takeru will play the role of Kenshin Himura. He's the guy on the picture and that's exactly how Kenshin Himura will look at the movie. I can't wait for the trailer! Sato Takeru did quite a number of movies and series (Kamen Rider Den-O, Mei-chan no Shitsuji, Bloody Monday, TRICK 3, BECK are just some of them). I personally think he's a good actor and did quite a number of roles :D
And if you're curious, No. He's not part of Johnny's Entertainment XD

So, I wonder if it is going to be in English (which I doubt) or perhaps it will just be dubbed in English. Personally I prefer subtitles compared to dubbing

I'm not too sure if it'll be shown in US but there might be a chance. Ninomiya Kazunari and MatsuKen's "GANTZ" was shown in the US and they were there for the premier so I wish they would do the same for RK. They dubbed "GANTZ" though. I wish they would just sub RK is they decided to premier it in US

Can't wait to watch it! Samurai X is my number one anime and i'm very happy to know that there's a live movie of it! I hope the cast of the movie will be able to justify their respective characters. Will it be aired in the Philippines?

I've seen Sato Takeru on some drama series and he acts pretty good :) I'm not sure of an international/Philippines viewing though. I'm still having my fingers crossed that the movie will be aired her :D
