I'm not sure what you mean by 'activities' but first you should be aware that MyLot update our earnings only once every 24 hours (sometime between 8am and 11am by MyLot time, which is shown at the bottom of every page). Also, your day may be different from MyLot's day.
MyLot does NOT pay you any set amount 'per post' or 'per activity'. Your earnings are based on the quality of your participation. If you make a few one-line responses and comments in discussions, you will earn very little. If your responses and comments are descriptive, relevant, original and do something to further the discussion, you will earn more.
It is impossible to say how much you would earn for "50 activities". It might be as much as $1 or more or it might actually be nothing at all.
Read the FAQs on how to increase your earnings and how they are calculated: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#14

MyLot has no restrictions on how much you may earn here. It depends entirely on how much you participate and what the quality of your participation is. It also depends on whether you have any active referrals, how much you can make by doing work in the 'Tasks' section and so on.
Of course, everyone is limited by the time they are able to spend here. Quite a few people, however, manage to make $10 or more every month, that is, they must make, on average, more than 30 cents a day.
Earning doesn't depend on how 'old' a user you are or from what country you are. MyLot's algorithm is based on the QUALITY of your participation and that is, at least in part, decided by how other members rate your contributions. The 'star' next to some people's names (specifically, those people with a user rating of more than 100) represents their 'reputation' and is also controlled by the Discussion Rating System but does not directly affect your earnings. People with a high 'star rating' will have received many good ratings from other members and so are likely to be earning more from their participation in general than those with a low 'star rating' but, otherwise, there is NO direct connection.
I suggest that you take the time to read all about the Discussion Rating System, User Rating, MyLot Reputation and Earnings in the FAQs: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq.aspx

Check on the time zone.
Mylot has different time zone depending on our country.
My earning's not updated yet since my timezone is ahead of 6 hours from mylot.
That's one reason why sometimes we felt our earnings is not updated.
Just wait for few hours more and check your earnings again.

It depends on which time zone you are. Sometimes, it takes more than 24 hours to see earning refreshing under your name. Be patient for another day. If your activities are recognized as positive contribution, you are sure to get the rewarding.

What do you mean by activities, my friend? Is it tasks being asked by others who will pay for it or for responding to discussions?

Usually , like when i respond to discussions today, it would be shown as earnings for today the next day after tomorrow, my friend. We have different timezones that's why, and i think they also have their cut-off time.
