Face Book and its controveries......

Tell me guys very genuinely and frankly, how many of you have been involved in some kind of unpleasant controversies because of your wall posting or your replies.
When newbies join face book, in order to grab attention they some time write weird on someone's walls which slowly do rounds and becomes one of the notorious post on the facebook and results in exclusion of him from his/her friend list.
Some times just because of wrong posts or comments(though humorous) on friend's girlfriend , the two part their ways.
Have this happens to you or not???

I think everyone has been through that. For instance, people post very personal photos and then they tag you in. It can be very unpleasant. Most employers look up for your Facebook profile before hiring you, and this can be a huge problem. I think that people should supervise attentively their profiles and these problems could be removed.

Thanks taura for your muck appreciated thoughts. I think to an extent your are right.
I will take care of that in near future.This is the beauty of mylot, you could start a discussion and learn little bit from others as the response come all over the globe.

You don't have to be new to offend someone. You might cluck on a cause and it be posted on your wall and someone disagrees with it and tells you off. My daughter did that and one of our friends started a war about it and deleted me and my daughter. It was stupid.

About my name...it's an oxymoron.. that's all.. I like oxymorons and that is one of my favorites that I find people ask.. a lot of questions that don't actually have a point. Another one I love is Thundering Silence.

I just finished having a facebook war. Its was too much I had to leave and come here to mylot and here I am. On facebook gossip is out in the open and people know you are going to see it and say something but they take the chance and they get their feelings hurt. Now I just have more enemies, but that is really nothing new.

Nothing new, I have to lost some friends because of face book. With my very few dear friends, i never try to remain in touch with them with the help of facebook.

I have encountered something similar before, it caused my friend and his girlfriend to break up. but they're together again, and they sought revenge on me and my best friend. But what I did was just told the truth that her girlfriend was a b.... because she was flirting with all of us behind my friend's back. I don't know what she did to get my friend back, but now i don't see their names on my friends list anymore.

I was too involved in such precarious situation but all was well after I spoke to both my friend and hsi girlfriend....
