For a healthier heart, drink 1 glass of water at night!

Studies had shown that there were less number of cases of heart attacks to people who drinks water before they sleep than those people who go to sleep without ingesting any fluids. Fluids ingested preferably water, cushions the heart by adding extra fluid in the circulatory system thus, preventing heart attack. Consider it or not, there will be no consequences if you try.. besides, it's just water!

Water might be help. But for a healthier heart, I believe it's better to control your foods and eating habits carefully..

I agree with you. Water is a vital element needed by the body next to oxygen.. With the combination of what you had mentioned and 6-8 glasses of water per day, this would not just lead to a healthier heart but to a healthier body.

And it's better to distribute the time to drink water. I heard that if we drink a glass of water after waking up in the morning, it would help improve our health and vitality too..

Hehe, it doesn't really matter for me. I don't really mind to wake up once in the night to take a pppp. Yep, in most case, it never was more than one time.. :)

less number of cases by how many percentage? it is much better if you at least provide a link on the article about the "studies" In my opinion drinking water in general whether it is in the morning, after meal, while watching tv, before you sleep, after making love with your partner, while mylotting or whatever is good for our body.

oh actually you can copy paste short links and if it's a long link just divide it into two parts then just paste the second part just right after the first part anyways I agree with you that drinking water is good for us but if this study has established a very good proof that drinking water at night really helps with blood circulation then that's a good news and we should follow that. Actually I always drink a glass of water before I sleep because I hate feeling very thirsty in the morning.

It is true that we need to drink 6-8 glasses of water per day, whenever or wherever, as you've mentioned. I am sorry that I cannot share the original link because I have not reach a rating of 500, thus not allowed to do so. Besides, drinking water at night or before bedtime is just according to your own preference.

I drink lots of water during the day time, if I drank a glass of water at night time I would be spending most of the night up on the toilet!!!!!

A glass of water is approximately 350ml. And an individual normally urinates every 2-3 hours. If your habit is to urinate from time to time, then a glass of water is not an issue.
