for me, maybe that's true, but doctor says not bad to drink a lot of water, although it gives life and force in the body to us, unless you come from work, exhausted and the water you drink immediately, that is you can die because the heart can drawn us and we can not breath properly and die on us.

I can't believe it. Doctors telling that drinking more water is good. Once my teacher told that 'doctor tell drink much water, but we can't drink water full of our stomach(when we hungry)'. I think that lady drank too much water.

It can happen, but it's nothing to worry about for most of us. "Water poisoning" is when too much water passing through your system flushes away the minerals needed to sustain your cells. Without that, your body ceases to function.

Yes, you can. You'd have to drink a horrendous amount of water in a very short amount of time though. It's really just a matter of consuming water faster than you can eliminate it. If you drink lots of water throughout the day, it's not likely to happen. If you drink the same amount in under an hour, then you could be in trouble.

Yes you can. It's rare and you have to drink quite a lot in a short space of time but there is more information here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_intoxication
