I love to fish! I can remember growing up that was mine and my daddy's thing to do. We load up early in the morning and go to this pond that you had to pay $3 per person to fish in. We didn't have fishing license so this was the best way to go. We'd take some drinks with us and some peanut butter crackers and such and just fish all day long! I have some great memories out there with my daddy.
I can remember one time we were fishing and I was a BIG Tom Boy lol. So I saw this turtle on the ground near me. My mom was out there with us this day. I'm guessing the turtle didn't like me because it had its mouth open. I kept putting my finger in and out of his mouth going "see momma he wont bit me" and RIGHT about that time SNAP he clamped down on my finger! I was swinging that poor turtle everywhere trying to get him off my finger. FINALLY he let go LOL.
Another time, we were out there and I was about 5. I was eating a sandwich and these geese game up. Daddy showed me how to shew them away. So this one goose came up and started to take my sandwich and I TRIED my darnedest to shew it away. Instead it bit me and took my sandwich LOL To this day I'm still scared of geese.
Do you have an fun fishing stories?!!

I know what you mean! I always fished for the tiny fish so if something else got on my line I'd start Yelling "Daddy it's going to pull me in the water HELP!" lol Course he would just always tell me to calm down and reel my fish in

haha I full of interesting stories when it comes to fishing! I go out there to have a great time! LOL.
I caught a GAR one time. You know the alligator looking things but they have fins but a mouth of teeth. OMG! I pulled it up and saw it and dropped my pole and took off running. Daddy still makes fun of me for doing that. I had never seen a gar before.

I have to say that I do enjoy fishing. I haven't done it often. Maybe only once or twice. But I still did somewhat enjoy it. It was actually my husband who introduced me to the activity, as it was something that he's enjoyed ever since he was a kid.

I love fishing and so does my hubby and children. MY problem is, when I was growing up we didn't have a boat or anything so we went to little pay ponds where they stock their own fish and stuff. My husband hates going to those so very seldom do we go fishing. But, we did recently find another place so come spring time I'll be taking the kiddos out there!

Actually, I don't have any fishing memory, since I don't go fish a lot, and nor most of my friends don't go fish either. Actually, a couple of co - workers of mine they love go fishing, and they took photos of their catches all the time and show off to us. We love to see them, and sometimes they might share what they catch with us. That is the best I got here.

Sometimes we will go out to my in laws who have a pond and we'll fish and cook up whatever we catch and have a fish fry! It's super yummy and we always have a great time! Fishing is just so relaxing to me UNLESS I have turtles and geese around LOL
