is there any exercise that could make you lose weight only on your stomach?

ok so i had a baby a couple of months back and for some reason i'm losing weight from every where in my body except my stomach is there exercise that i can do?

Yep,like the person above said there is no such thing as spot reduction.
Just do cardio exercises -aerobics,jump rope,run,swim,ride your bicycle...
This way you will lose fat from your whole body which is a great thing.
You can do some abs exercises too to make your muscles get stronger and more visible but that wont make you lose the fat.To lose it you have to do cardio exercises.

wow! i feel you! that's my struggle too...
i hope i could loose my weight too :(
i wish to enroll at a gym but that doesn't work for me cause i don't have time.

A very good excercise is to do some sit ups every day, just a few each day and then as you get better at them do more and more. You can do it while you are watching telly and baby is asleep.
There are some really good excerises on the wiifit plus, that is what I use as you can make your own excerise routine up

There is NO such thing as spot reduction or spot training. If you want to get rid of fat one place, fat will be lost other places as well. On your stomach is often the first place you'll gain weight, so it'll be the last place you lose it.
The best thing you can do is cardiovascular or aerobic exercise: running, swimming, biking, kick boxing, etc. Or even something low impact like walking.
You'll have to be patient and continue exercising and eating right. Soon enough, you'll get rid of your excess stomach fat.

I have a big belly and i want to lose it. My mom told me that sit-ups can help to lose the belly fats. I never try it buy i think it can really help. I want to have bikini shape body but its really hard to lose weight..
They say treadmill is also a good device to get exercise.
