what is the best way to loss 5 kg in 2 month ?
that without affecting on daily activity ,
we need that loss from the stock area

try to eat fruit or veggies in the dinner, i lose my weight about 7 kgs for about 2.5 months for eating only fruits or vegies in the dinner. though i'm not quite sure if this work with the others but for me its work, but also its not really a good thing also because i'm really thin and my immune system got slowdown. so some also advice to me that don't also skip meals, eat like a king in the morning, prince in the lunch and beggar in the evening and it will work out.

You can loose weight by gradually decreasing your calories. First, you quit snacking and consume the three main meals in a day. Then in a weeks time, shift to consuming one cup of rice per meal. By the following week, make it one half cup rice. Make sure you only consume a serving of dish.
While you cut off on your calories, exercise daily. First, you should do stretching. During the first week, you should focus on doing some jogging. Even if you continue with it up to the second month it would be fine because it is a best way if just want to loose weight.
If you want to have a smaller waistline or a tighter abdominal muscle, another way or exercise is applicable to that. Don't do abdominal crunches right away without burning the fats first.

I would recommend you to do abdominal exercises. starting with 10 times a day to 20, 30, 40, 50 and more. You should always do once after you wake up and warmed up your body, and do once more by dusk. Reminder, there are three types of abdominal exercises that I recommend. go to the link below to check out how. Do all three types from 10, 20, 30 etc. By doing what I said. I can assure you that you will lose that 5 kg in 2 months.
