according it Xinhua News agency,the china earthquake administration just allocated a thousandth(2.7m yuan) of its 2010 budget in earthquake prediction,150m yuan for its officers' housing welfare,400m yuan for administration spending.
Unfortunately there are quite a lot of these bad officers who role the government. And they just care about their own benefits and don't want to do something for the people. I hope one day that this situation will change.
