I had a baby patient. She is special and she has a special condition. Along with her special condition are multiple heart defects. One day, her cardiologist came in to do the echocardiography. He began asking the age of the mother. Later, when he is done with the procedure, he had a conversation with us. He told us that while we are still young and in our reproductive age, we should get pregnant and not wait long 'til we reach 30 up. Then, to our surprise, he said that congenital heart problems a totally preventable. We listened to him eagerly as to what could be the prevention. Then, he said " when you do it with your partner and you're about to come, don't forget to smile". Apparently, no one smiled during such moment. Have you?hahaha
