At least you have landed a job. You should take care of it. Just take it for an experience. It is nice to have any kind of experiences from your jobs. You can use it in the future. Don't worry and don't be scared. You will get used to your job soon. Just be yourself when you are at work. Be sincere and kind.

It ever had happened to me before that my boss really were not satisfied with my job and she wanted me to have full responsibility of all my job. I knew it was very hurting when you knew that our boss didn't really like the way we did with our job and the result. I really understood your position. In my opinion, there should be someone who would give you the lead what you should do, there must be training session before you're really into given full responsibility. It's shame on him did blaming you for the mistakes you did and he should teach you how to do the work properly, moreover, you are still newbie for the job.
I suggested you to be patience and never gave up trying to do the best and please be considered what the best you did was for yourself. In the end, you would know that you would be loving your boss someday. Just take the positive side of the pressure from your boss and keep on trying to do thing better in the future. Thank You and enjoy your work. Happy Mylotting. Thank You.

wow , i once came across the same problem too.i became an assistant engineer after i granduated from my college.my duty is designing products , expressing them by drawings and making the material BOM lists.once I made a mistake in one BOM list, for the mistake i have got a fine. the mistake was so ridiculous for me ,and i can't accept the fine ,because my salary was poor.but the mistake truly existed.i could not change the truth, the only thing i can do is to make efforts to avoid making mistakes.when you have got your salary you must know you already have resoponsibility, and the higher your salary is ,the heavier your load is .
the work experience need to be accumulated, please don't worry about mistakes ,beacause no mistakes ,no progress.you just need to work hard at your present job ,then you can gain more ,good luck to you

One thing is for sure, you should stick with your job, because you just graduated in college, and no big company will hire someone that easily with no experience. In my opinion, just continue your job now, enhance your skills, master everything that is about your job, build confidence in terms of your work, and make sure to perform well.
Consider it practical training which pays. It will really help you in the future.
Good luck to you, and remember, Have fun :)

Hi,buddy,i suppose i'm with you here.As you are new in your job,so just stick to the current one and when you are qualified for a better one, then you skip to a better-paid job. That's basically the problem every new graduate would encounter. So,buddy, just don't worry and time will proof.,relax and everything gonna be ok.Have a nice day.
