Men come home from work and sit on the couch and have supper and fall asleep with the television on. Women are active until they go to bed. They smoke less on the whole than men, and are busy with the children all day long and therefore have some activity or exercise. Men also eat more 'danger foods' like big steaks, milk shakes, mayonnaise on burgers, with little or no vegetables. You are what you eat. A good and balanced diet can mean the difference between good and poor health.

My hunch is that generally, men tend not to be expressive. They keep to themselves problems, concerns and feelings. Piled up repressed emotions can result to cardiac arrest as the body is unable to react properly to stimuli.
