Hi Jenith,
Look at the brighter side of life.. and think about the good things you have in life. Talk to your friends when you have already cooled down.

Oh so you mean, the person close to you you're saying is your other half? You're pissed off with him? Hmmmn cool down, these things usually happens in couple.
It's okay to vent out your feelings here it can at least release your stress. Careful though your husband might read it later.

Just be positive, always think of good things coming your way... do not let small things that are not what you expected irritate you and always be thankful for what you have. :D I guess when we become positive in life and not look at the bad things and always magnify the good things, our lives and attitude will ultimately change for the better.

Stay away from bad company especially those who are very pessimistic and always try to make you feel down. Good company, positive attitude in life are really great help for having a positive outlook.
I've noticed that friends and the people around us have great effects in how we see life.

I presume it's your husband that you are having a bad day, my friend.
The best thing to do is to calm down. And i suggest that when you have calmed down you talk with him in a nice way. Don't be confrontational, lest you will quarrel each other.
Nothing can be settled when there's no communication. Keeping your emotions bottled up, will indeed let you explode unnecessarily. Speak to him,my friend, cry if you must.
After all, husbands melt when they see their wives cry.

Hi Jenith...life is full of ups and downs, tears and laughter, sunshine and cloudy days. Well sunshine and clouds are one option where you might not be able to make a choice on. the other options...we are the ones to make a choice on. life is not about handling. why do u want to control your life. instead try to choose the options provided. take everything in stride. just be consious of what you are doing. see yourself in sunlight. appreciate yourself. give time to yourself and the things you do. just try living your life for one what it offers you and the choices you make. dont try to right. try to see your happiness in what you do. All the best

I think that life can seem very unfair at times and, when things go wrong for us, it is far too easy to wonder what the point of life is and what we could do in order to make our lives good for us again. One of the things that you have to remember is that only you have the control over your own life to make things happen. Yes, horrible things may occur, but you can either sit and complain about it or you can not let it beat you and get out there and make something of yourself. Life's too short to let horrible people and events take over, and I have made the ultimate decision that this just is not and never will be the case in my life anymore.
