How can you possibly make study a habit when one think it is less like to be?
I wanted to teach and make someone study really good for school. I wanted to help him pass his subjects without spoon feeding him. He must learn his lessons on his own.
How can I do this? It's somewhat difficult.

It can be only done when you can motivate him. Motivation is a great tool for human beings. When I was young my father motivated me by saying that if I got 90% in my exams he will buy me a new computer. I scored 93% and my father brought a new computer for me.
It was the motivation for me of getting a new computer. You can also motivate him in many ways not only just by giving him things but you can motivate him by inspiring him, etc. There are so many motivational methods.

studying can be developed with ease if one is interested in learning. i admire your interest in teaching. yeah, you will be facing a great challenge to encourage your students to have the heart for learning and studying. some young people nowadays see these activities as tasks. that's why they become boring to them. the challenge now is how to make it fun and interesting. probably, you can provide good books with your own anecdotes.

There is only so much that you can do. If you did everything but the person still does not respond then cut the string. Don't spoon feed them in anyway. Let them fail because this maybe the only reason for them to realize that they need to get there act together. You will not be always there to support them and give them what they want.

It is really difficult especially when that person doesn't have the passion in studying his lessons. There are lot of methods which you could use for you to make him get all the things. I just hope he will be open to it and accept the challenge. At first it would be hard but it would not be if it is already continued. Don't let him get addicted on things which would make him away and don't like studying. Studying is important.
