How to uninstall microsoft.net framework ?

It is useless to me and it is occupying lot of space of my C drive so I want .net framework to be removed .
I found the article about it on microsoft site but it is very complicated process . I want simplified process which can be used by a non technical person like me.

well.. as technically.. dotnet framework doesn't occupy much space or memory.. so if you really need free up space then remove some other files/folders.. and yeah your answer is.. you can directly uninstall framework from your control panel. add/remove programs.

.NET files do not use a great deal of space. If your free space is getting low, use a good utility such as CCleaner (free) to get rid of unnecessary and temporary files and consider freeing up space by removing data files or saving them to removable media such as an external hard disk, a CD or a USB memory stick.
