I sometimes drink coffee in the morning but not if I have to go to college or out as it makes me feel sluggish if I have to rush it down.

Gotta' be coffee for me.. in fact, im drinking one right now (and yes, it is still morning by about half an hour!) Not over keen on yoghurt anymore, but will eat them occasionally..
