I am sure they are ok to eat daily - I do love sprouts and when having them with a meal will eat lots although a lot of my family do not really like them and only eat them because they are a vegetable and good for you!

Why you want to grow sprouts? Over here it's a winter vegetable.
I would not know any reason why you can't eat them daily (raw or cooked/boiled) but there are plenty of people who don't like them and they also can influence your intestines in a non positive way.

Do you mean physical or emotional. Physically nothing that happens on it's own at different times through out birth to your teen years after that no more growth. There are parts of the body that never sto growing like your noes, hair, nails. Frmails Brest don't stop growing till there mid 20's unless they are pregnant.
