Are the images yours? Did you create them? If so, report him to the blog host IMMEDIATELY! You own the copyright. By posting them, you did not relinquish ownership. You retain all rights and may be eligible for royalties. If this guy has downloaded your material and reposted it as his own, it is theft and that is illegal in any country.

In the US, any content is automatically protected by copyright the minute it is created. A writer maintains all rights to any original content published by her/him including blogs.
Do a search on copyright law for your country. I am sure there are similar rights for artists/writers/photographers.
Unfortunately the internet makes it easier to steal, but it still is illegal.

Do the photos belong to you or to someone else. If the photos are yours and belong to you then you have the copyright on them so basically the guy stealing your pictures is taking copyrighted material. That means that you should report him to the owner of the hosting site so they can take an action against him and close his blog. I hope this helps...

well I guess that's the prize you get for hosting your photos in them, they pay you but in return you had no right on the picture that you uploaded to them. I suggest that you hosted it in your own and put some watermark in it so that if somebody downloaded it they cannot edited the watermark you put in the picture, and so the other have no choice but to give you the credits for the picture of yours.
