Hi friends,
I want to get a VCC Virtual Credit Card, for my online payments. I heard that Entropay is a site that allows you to do this. I want to make some things clear.
1. How long can the money be in the Entropay account once one gets a VCC? I mean, does it have any limitations PayPal?
2. Can I use it for international payments?
As a matter of fact, I want to register a domain and I want a VCC and not a CC currently. Please help me.

You had started a similar discussion before and many of us tried to help you out. You could've continued this in the same discussion instead of starting a new one.
Also when mylotters tried helping you out, you said they were going out of topic!! And now, the same topic is being repeated..
Anyways, it's upto you and I wish your problem is solved, ultimately!

I wish you could have spoken something better and constructive. Please go through the previous discussions if you want and try to figure out if I had asked the same questions then too!!!!!!

HDFC Bank are offering this feature free of cost. Previously I had a HDFC account and I used to create VCCs whenever necessary. (Yes, I could create as many VCCs, but maximum 5 per day.) The beauty is, I could create a card with just Rs.100.
I think, still they are offering it free. So, if you don't have a HDFC account, open one now. (Their minimum balance may be Rs.2500 or Rs.5000, but it's quite useful.)
The VCC credited expires on first use or after 24 hours, whichever occurs first. The unspent amount automatically returns to our HDFC account within 48 hours. You should have enough balance in your account to create VCC.

You will be able to load your entropay vcc instantly with any debit card or credit card once you register. There is no limitations in Paypal with this vcc. Paypal dose not charge any extra fees for that. But if pay directly you have to pay little more. You will get it in your statement.

yes, you can choose entropay blindly! I'm a customer of entropay for the past two years and their service is excellent. Money you deposit has infinite validity period and no issues with paypal. If you are paying directly through the VCC there may be problems in some cases.

yes what venky said is right you can have a credit card and use it safely with paypal and alertpay and also you can use it with some reputed sites when you want to subscribe to something and do recurring payments and they do not have paypal or alertpay subscriptions but for one time purchases you can create your netsafe virtual credit card for the amount you want and it is used for one time only the safe thing. But be careful while getting a credit card as it will incur so many unnecessary expenditures for the card holder but yes you can go for companies that offer vccs for payments so far I have not used them because of the risk involved and risk of losing money is there with these sites.Take care
