hi friends i have a real discussion to discuss that confidence is the main thing in our life.an confident person can able to make more and more friends.a confident person get more and more success.i have a big example to give for this
if a person go to give interview who was very well educated but lack of confidence.if manager can ask him that do you know how to do this work?the person know the answer but cant able to give answer because of lack of confidence.and another person who is full of confidence but not educated if manager ask him the same question he told yes because he is full of confidence and even he do not know how to work.the manger will appoint 2nd men because he is full of confidence ?

I think the second person would be accepted than the first. Having confidence plays a major factor in life. You need to have that in order to succeed. Without that, you won't go anywhere. For an interview, that's really important. You really have to show to the interviewer that you are capable of doing that job.

yes you are right second person deserve this job and he get it.because he is a confident person and industries are in search of these kind of people and they get success in there life and there future is also very bright and for giving interview it is important to improve these kinds of qualities.

Indeed. You are right. Those people who have confidence will really become successful because the interviewer will look at the person as someone who is fit and capable of doing the job even though if in reality that person isn't that good.

That's true my friend. One doesn't want to fool around a confident looking man, because he thinks he will be in for trouble.

hi simplyd it is real that confidence require in all's life because it helps to improve our status of living in this world .now in new generation mostly all the people have necessary confidence and without this non confident person has no space in this world.

Yeah,confidence could indeed make us stronger and become powerful.So we should have confidence in our life and no matter what,just be optimistic,that's what my friend told me already.And i think that's really works.I keep saying to myself when i'm achieving my goals.lol,sometimes you should also be prepard while with your confidence and you are qualifed for your work. i think that's basically the answer to your last question,isn't it?

Oh yes self confidence make us more stronger and more impressive.I know in many of the interviews people judge your self confidence more than your knowledge sometimes.
I have taken lot of interviews and i keep people's self confidence upper than the knowledge during selection.
I just rate them what they will do in critcal situation? Their decision making power also is counted during selection.

i am agree with sj because they want quicker decision maker for their company and a self confident person.a person which have these qualities get a job easily .during selection your confident is main thing not your knowledge so first improve confidence is main.

Maybe yes, sometimes those with voice are heard better, rather that those who can only smile and don't give back what was necessary for them to give since they are educated. A self confidence is necessary to fulfill a persons dream and success.

I believe so. If you have confidence on be able to achieve something, you can always do it, and if you don't learn it on your own, and do not be lazy about it. I myself would not said that I am over confidence on my own, but I try to be believing on myself. I can do many more and I believe that my ability exceeds many people in many ways.

yes my friend confidence has a great power and a confident person is able to achieve anything yes all the people have believe in them selves because if we think that we are able to do ant thing then it is very easy to do any work and if we find all things hard then we are not able to do simple work.

Confidence is a sign of a mature person. Having a realistic and positive view. To interact naturally without presumption, without over confidence and without false confidence. Confidence has to be cultivated. If the Parents and the children interact with them with serenity and love then they gain confidence and perform well. Instead if a person always met prejudices and there was no one to cut a right balance, or if the parents only corrected your faults but never praised even for the fear that you may act negative then they cannot gain self confidence

I agree that confidence is a major factor in finding success in life on a personal and professional level. If a person truely believes in themselves and their abilities it will be evident to others around them. Even a boss is more likely to have faith in somebody who believes in themselves. Most successful people are confident and are presented more oppurtunities in life.

Like we can do to have friends, work and others etc..Being confident will gives you learning of everything..
Like for me,wherever i go and doing something, i am confident to do with my own..But the hard thing that i can't do it or man can't do it that is different..God is mine confidently ask for help.

I strongly agree with you my friend confidence is basically the key to many doors. Confidence can even help you get a job! I think building up confidence is one of the hardest things people find difficult to achieve but to others is very easy. I think if everyone had confidence it would be easier to confront many things that stop people from doing so.

Confidence is a key factor to success, because lack of confidence will lead you to not being able to accomplish most of your goals in life. But too much confidence will lead you astray. As long as you keep your self together, and keep your feet on the ground you will be ok. over used quote from the movie spiderman "great power comes with great responsibilities"

yes davaome agree with you confidence is the key factor of many kinds of success like in study,business etc .because a confident person is able to do anything .but yes too much confidence will kill you so you have only necessary part of confidence which is neither too big nor too less.

When attending the interview its necessary to have enough confidence. Its true that if we dont have confidence then even we know answer we cant give good replies to the manager. So be prepared for interview with full confidence and with will power so that he has ability to do the work.
