I use to recieved many many Christmas cards in the mail but I've noticed over the last few years they have become decreasing less. I don't know if its because stamps are so expensive or is it because a lot of people do their greeting over the internet..But I still send cards maybe not as many as I use to because to the price of stamps but I do send some like at least approximately 10. what do you think...mail or internet???

Good evening dear mylloter friend Bjc66bjc ... hmmm trully a verry interesting subject , i am currently twenty-two years old , and ever since i cann recall the christmas hollydays have been the most exciting and most awaited hollydays that i was always expecting with great emotions. Aniways when i used to be a little kid , since my seventh christmas ( i was seven years old ) my father learned me how to make a home made Christmas Card , and ever since i used to make my own Christmas Cards and send them to my familly ( aunts and cousins ) and to my closests friend , though its true this used to take me quite some time , so after a few years i learned to organize myself and prepare the Christmas cards two weeks before , since when i was a teenager i had a really bunch of close friends , whom with time they grew up and mooved , aniway ....now the truth it is that i rarely make my own Christmas cards and when i do theire only and mainly for my loved ones , one of the reasons been also lack of time . But i still send every year shopped Christmas Cards to my familly ( Aunts, Uncles & Cousins ) and again some close friends. I also like to send e-mail Christmas cards , its also cool and verry fun to browse :) I wish youa verry great evening dear friend.

Now I am not sure you are talking about computerized or handmade but they do good jobs. I believe they had a program for card making for the computer..But I dont have it. I see you are new at mylot so I just want to extend my welcome to you..There are some very nice and knowledgeable mylotters here...enjoy your time here....

Probably I don't send Christmas cards. Actually long time ago I would send Christmas cards but I haven't done so for quite a long time. I don't think it is very necessary to send Christmas cards since today the E-card is much more convenient. It is also environmental to send the E-card. I love China

well, being a working mom, without enough time, i think it is more economical to send e-cards. it is always the thought that would count, i believe.

Before the internet became popular, I do used to send out Cards to my loved-ones, but when online cards came to be so much easier than airmails, then things have changed coz people now prefer the online mail.

I think a lot of people are cutting back on sending Christmas Cards simply because of the cost, I still think it is nice to get them, to hear from friends and know they are ok, its sad when after a few years you realize you haven't heard from a particular friend for a couple of Christmases. I send as many cards as possible but I also like designing a special email to send to my on line friends..

My husband and I have sent out a few Christmas cards over the last few years. But prior to us getting married it wasn't something that I really had the habit of doing. It's only really since I've been with my husband that I've sent Christmas cards out.

I can remember sending out many Christmas cards and receiving many as well. Not anymore. If I receive one in a year I am surprised. People just don't send them anymore. It is just too easy to send greeting over the internet. And its free! So I won't be sending any cards.

Hi Bjc, this recent years, i had been sending out less greeting cards to my friends. Most of the time, i only send greeting cards to my close friends, my family and relatives as well. Even for some of my friends who don't have internet connection at home, i will also send greeting cards to them. As for my other friends, since we always communicate through emails, we always exchange e-greeting cards with each others. So, we feels it isn't any special to send greeting cards through mails anymore. After all, sending greeting cards through mail is very expensive and slow as well.
