I am still out on Tim Tebow. I am because I don't think he is the Broncos QB for the long haul. I think he gottan lucky as a starter. Some of the teams the Broncos have played since Tebow has started aren't very good! Case in piont the Minnesota Vikings! So I won't be a Tim Tebow believer unless the Broncos have a tougher schedule to play( and win) and have a better defense! Then I will believe!

He has beaten the Jets, Raiders, and the Chargers? What more of a schedule do you need?

You can only play who's in front of you.
Oddly enough, nobody questions the Patriots' opponents ever.
For almost a decade now, the Patriots have had one of the NFL's easiest schedules in the second half of the season. After they play the Colts (which this year fell through for obvious reason), the Pats are stacked to induce a high-seeded berth for ratings.
But nobody would dare say Brady's doing it against weak teams.

Tebow's monumental success--in the context of his naysayers' expectations--is inexplicable. Conventional wisdom would suggest it is a mere aberration. But the guy does everything people say he cannot do.
"You cannot win in the NFL with an offense that most pee-wee league teams have trouble running!"
He won.
"You cannot win in the NFL if you don't pass for X amount of yards!"
He won.
"He cannot throw the ball accurately!"
He has for the past two games.
Tim Tebow is the epitome of a winner.
Before he came into the league, I was one of those saying that he would never take a snap. A wind-em-up throwing motion. Questionable accuracy. A lack of NFL speed. Are you nuts?
And while part of that is because I spend my college Saturdays shouting "Roll tide!" another part of it is because I, like many others, have been spoiled by QBs like Manning, Brady, Rivers, Favre and the like.
The truth of the matter is that, long before pure pocket passers like Broadway Joe and Unitas came along and made football something to truly behold, a quarterback was just that - a back! He was an athlete, not necessarily a pure pocket passer. So there is a place for Tim Tebow in this league.
He cannot help who is on the schedule. And for the naysayers who claim "Well, Denver will never beat the elite teams out there with Tebow," here's a news flash: The Denver Broncos wouldn't beat the Packers or Patriots or Saints or any other elite team with their 1990s team with Elway at the helm.
These teams are stellar compared to those teams, so obviously today's elite teams would beat up on the Broncos. But they'd beat up on the Broncos regardless of who played QB for them.
Tebow's haters try again and again to change the standards in order to beat the boy down. But the fact of the matter is that he finds a way to win.
Under pressure in the 4th quarter yesterday, he threw a perfect touchdown pass that was dropped. No QB in the league could have thrown it better. And on a 4th and long, Tebow scrambled away from crazy pressure, rolled out to his right, and fired a 20-yarder down field and hit his WR on the sidelines for a key conversion, only to have it called back for illegal hands to the face.
He's doing everything people claimed he couldn't. What else do people want from him?
Tebow-bashing is the definition of a self-fulfilling prophecy.
People create these standards and hurdles for him constantly, while railing on about these negatives while simultaneously rolling their eyes that they even dare have to speak his name.
They create the story, then tear it down, then change it, then begin to tear it down again.
It's just silly at this point.
Tebow wins in the National Football League. You can't ask for anything more.
The Broncos are no match for the NFL's elite, but they wouldn't be regardless of their QB. Tebow gives them the best chance to win because his attitude and presence are contagious.

OH yeah, I'm a believer. I follow him on Twitter and he remains the same good guy even after a loss. He praises his team mates, never himself, and even says they make him look better than he is. I love that humbleness. He plays his heart out and never quits. Tim Tebow makes his coach and team mates believe they can win. That's a leader. What's to hate? If he's not Denver's quarterback I hope we can persuade him to play here in LA when we finally get our own NFL team.

At the end of the day, the only stats that are going to matter will be whether he wins or he loses. So far, he has proven to be successful in spite of what has been said. I'll say it, it may not be pretty the way he wins but it doesn't matter. As long as he gets wins in the games, the Broncos fan base should be happy with it.

I am not a Tim Tebow hater but I am not a big fan. I know he was a great college quarterback but did not think he would make it in the pros. I still have a hard time believing everything he has accomplished this year and going in the first round of the draft. Why do people like him so much? Because he is open with his Christianity or what?
