greetings to all mylot user,do you believe in predictions? why? do you think prediction is a natural power of person to predict the future of someone? do you think prediction is real?is someone predict your future?
prediction for me could be real and unreal, because sometimes it happen and sometimes is not because this is only a prediction, however when someone predict our future especially when it is a good prediction a person could have positive thinking, and to pursue their self to make it happen.

Hmnn.. Please let me create my own concept regarding predictions. With the word, let me say predictions as foretelling. I believe in predictions (prophecies) but not in foretelling. The difference is Prophecies has something to do with biblical statements or something to do with ancient people. There so much predictions today many of which are too broad to make it easy to claim that it actually happened.

For me I do not lump prophecy in with predicting. Predicting lies with the confines of logic, mathematics and general knowledge where people can use their minds to come up with possible and most possible outcomes. Predictions are not prophecy.
I understand though in discussion we interchange words many times to explain what we are thinking.

Sure there are negative predictions, fakes or just lack of correct information predictions.
I predict that someone will respond under my response. That is an educated guess.
I predict that someone will say something nice to me today. That I am hoping for!
Yes, I think looking into the future is something humans can do and what makes them what they are. I think we can be positive and create a future. Of course prediction is only one step - we need to act as well.

I do not believe in predictions about the future. For me, no man, who can predict the future. If anyone can predict the future, such as ahead of the God. Only God knows what will happen in the future. There is no human is capable of, even what will happen, one hour ahead, there will not be able, except God.

I do believe that predixtions have a lot of truth in their origins. i don't believe that every facet of a prediction has to become a truth. so many factors can deter a course. Taking life as it comes can be just as meaningful as waiting for a prediction to bring reward or doom.

Prediction can be an advise to me only.
I just went for the Tarot fortune teller and it was very expensive.
Whatever she told was about something which I knew before.
For instance, she told me about the characters of my wife, my eldest daughter, and my sons whom I had known about them very well.
Sometimes, the advices from her should not be accepted because those advices were her personal views only.
I shall keep quiet and let the fortune-teller to tell everything.
Never believe in this prediction very much. Once again, I want to stress that prediction can just be an advice to us. We are the one who decide our future.

I don't believe much in prediction, but still I do for sometimes. Predictions are just to make people assume that this will happen but it is not actually. It is like telling the future but for me no one knows what will be the future. They say this is sure going to happen but who knows when it can be changed.

I do not believed with predictions.
Some people do believed and even rely their future with predictions and the likes.
We cannot blame those people since some of the predictions did ever happened to their lives- so they keep believing and have strong faith with it.

Predictions are just guesses about what may or may not happen as far as I am concerned. There are just a lot of times where if you make a hundred guesses, eventually one of them has to be right. Granted, an observational person can really make some rather intriguing guesses that are going to be really right or at least vague enough to pick.
Of course, if enough people hear a prediction, and believe it, they are going to subconsciously work themselves forwards fulfilling this. It is rather funny how things like that work, but it is rather true. There are just going to be a lot of times where people tend to predict the future and perhaps if they are smart enough, it might fit, but I don't believe anything is set in stone.

hi asli! Prediction for me is sometimes encouraging if it says on a positive side of the person but if it says in negative way it will not create a big impact to the person to have peace in life. So, it is really important that by using prediction, people must aware or we should be aware that it is a kind of awareness for us to dwell with our future life ahead of us. We should neither put our lives on the hand of that prediction but rather put our lives in the hands of our Creator. For nobody knows more than the Father above but He who sent us below.
Sometimes a person use this prediction more on business interest and personal interest rather than challenging a person to DEAL life positively. Whether we like it or not and whether prediction is good or not, still sometimes we cannot avoid to rely and depend that someday or somehow that predictions will come true especially if it is a WOW impact and a dream come true in the end of the day before anything else happen, be it first. whoah! Forgot to pray !!! keep on thinking the predictions !!!
For me, nothing is the best but a great PRAYER is the best PREDICTION that i believe will always comes true.

Hi asliah,
Yes, predictions are correct if they are based on the correct calculations (which is very tough and now-a-days people don't have that kind of knowledge), that is why, you can say, these predictions that we get online or on TV are nothing more than time pass.
In ancient times, there were devices which could actually predict future or at least the main events of someone's life.
The first computer used by humans is said to be 2200 years old and it was a device to calculate the events of someone's life.
Here is the link, you can check the details of this device, you may find it interesting:

Fortune telling is something that i never considered at all. I just don't want to know what's going to happen to me in the future. It makes me uncomfortable and it gives me a reason to worry.
I trust my God to do what's best for me as long as i do my best. If someone would predict something for me in the future, i just block that thought from entering my mind.

I think some predictions which are true will not be actually revealed publicly because it may hurt people emotionally. Nostradamus is the most famous predictor and his predictions have come true. dreams are also predictions. i had a strange dream about animals and I was surprised that several online sites warn us to take heed of dreams because they indicate our future.

There are many kinds of predictions. One of it is predicting of weather. Other predictions pertains to the future of our world. Many claims that in 2012 the world will end. It is up to the person if he believes to it or not. The decision is not of the whole but by each individual.
