What a beautiful word is it! It reminds me to my own relation in the past. I also ever pass this situation, I did this act. I don't want to lie with whatever my heart feel, but I also can't do such kind of relation which is not suit with my principle. So, I break it, don't try to get close with him anymore but I don't stop love him as much as before. I let the time answer how is the best way for our relation should be. Time is the best solution giver.

I do agree with that statement to a certain extend but not fully. It's a kind of feeling whereby i can't find the right words to describe it. All i know is, love is supposed to be happy. If we can't make them happy, it's better for us to leave and allow them to find their own happiness. Though love is supposed to be selfish as well, but at the end of it, it can turn selfless. Love is simple yet complicated, playing by the rules and also played by the rules of it.

The statement in the beginning of your post says that the persistence to STAY is gone. But you say that your urge to PURSUE is no more. As much as I know there is a huge difference between the two. The first one is being in a relationship but doesn't want to give effort to hang on. Whereas in your case, it seems like you are not in a relation and you don't want to try to be in one.

that is Letting go..letting him/her go while still loving is the best part. knowing yourself is knowing your life to live.and if that may give you the best of life then it was a wonderful gift. but i'm so curious you are waiting but not pursuing?
