Philippines - online seller scam. Have you experienced being scammed?

I am sorry to hear that and I think you should be a girl . I do not stuck in this scam even once . I know what they are talking about even I do not know what they will maniplate this cheat . The most improtant things is that you should hold on your own interests and do not think you can get a high repay by a strange people . Good luck .

So have you seen any of his pictures? Because if that is the case then you must post it anywhere or make a blog by having a public warning. State the reasons and tell the whole story about it. You can also report it to sulit website that he has done that.

Have you tried contacting him first? Demand proof that he already sent it. You should have agreed to ship the product to you via a reliable private courier like Fedex. If he did not replied then you can use the Sulit website itself to file a complaint. I hope you put into safe place the receipt which proves you sent money into his account. Scan those and send copies to Sulit and also Symbianize and tell them what happened. When I do transaction of tangible products in Sulit, I always meet the person in a public place. If I want to buy something, I would go down to my favorite mall or next door store to get hold of the things I buy before parting with my hard-earned money.

One thing that i am so careful with, is having a transaction through online mode. For me, i would rather look for the item on the mall and buy it in cash. One thing more, i don't like using my credit card online.

i have an advise with you, you say that you deposit money in his account, what account paypal account ? or bank account ? if bank account, you can get the address of that scammer and report in the police as long as you have the evidence that he scammed you, that is so easy go to the nearest bank and report the account number that you gave your money if it is a bank account but if it is a online storage of money like paypal or alertpay etc. i don't think so that you can retrieve the money and the info of the scammer and his true name, but the end of the day you will realize that you to be more vigilant all the time, if you can make a meet ups do it, but in the crowded place, and if you are planning to deliver your order just make sure that he is many positive comments in sulit or any sites that is offering valuable things, and in my case i am not scam even once, be doubtful and careful.
