As explained in TV, flash mob, is a group that suddenly dances or sings or both. It was shown that in Denver , Colorado at an airport, there suddenly a pair, who danced a ballroom dance. Then , other pairs followed until about 100 persons are dancing . But after dancing, everybody dispersed. The people at airport were in awe! In Australia, it was done on the beach. In London park, pretending pregnant women suddenly one by one danced too. Then here in the Philippines, it was done in Dusit Hotel last Dec. 1 , as shown on TV. A chef started singing a Christmas carol, followed by a waitress until every crew in the hotel are singing and dancing. The guests were surprised and some were also seen dancing. Had I seen one, I would certainly join too. But knowing Pinoys, I am sure this kind will be copied and done, as was done in a Food Bazaar too in Manila.

May be there is a rehearsal before the flash mob, people around will dance around when the music began to play, it is kind of fun to dance to the tune if you are up to the task and can reach the speed like the rest of them.

Actually, it's a group of dancers and singers who are really in this kind of business. It was shown on TV, that they really practice and conceptualized on how and where to do it. They are paid for it.

I find flash mobs very interesting and cool! I have only seen them on T.V. but they seem very interesting and would like to see one in person.

Yes, indeed those flash mobs are interesting. Maybe when i see one in person, i would really take the time to stop and watch. But maybe without knowing it, i may be dancing with them already too.
