I am so happy and grateful this very day.
I woke up late this morning but I know that it was for a reason. I then received a parcel notice from my mom and I immediately went to the post office to claim the said parcel. What's in it was a book that is so inspiring and the cover looks so nice. It made me happy. I then learned that it was a gift from the Exceptional People Magazine that I registered to become a member.
I would like to share with you the said site so that you too can read the inspiring stories of successful people.
This morning when I reached my table, a note was lying on it and my assistant told me that my classmate in college called. I remember him and he was my classmate when I was still in college. We haven't seen each other for almost 20 years already. We chatted for a while and then I learned that he is transferring office to a Call Center. What a struck of luck! I need to connect with HR practitioners for tie-ups with our call center school so we can refer our graduates.
Yesterday, I just learned that my leave credits which I earned were forfeited. I said to myself, I will let it go and would focus on what I need to do in the future. I then say a little prayer. I believe with that, my Lord returned what I've lost a 100 folds.

I always try my best to see the positive side of things that seems like a misfortune. For instance, I lost a love one. I just think that I may have lost him but that I will not be burdened anymore of worries and that he's happy wherever he is. And that what really matters.
Keeping positive is really helpful. And I hope with what I share, it would make other people happy too.

My brain is pretty tired, and I'm not sure I followed everything, but I did pick up that you had a happy surprise and reconnected with an old friend and you had a happy day. I thank God with you for his blessings and your ability to recognize them and where they came from.
