recently,chinese government declared that china plans to make itself as a culture advanced nation. every local governments across the country echo loudly. the government which governs of my hometown pledged to transform it to a culture advanced county. it easy for the government.allocating millions yuan to the propagandist department and order it to make some sculptures.these sculpures that stand in the parks tell stories about the county's history. but the teacher's salary is till measly,the public servant's envialbe .
